William Sutton Trust (now the Affinity Group) used the Langley Paraphalt system to renew almost 3,000m² of roof at Alma Court, Borehamwood.

The existing roof system, which was saturated with water, was stripped up and new Paraphalt system (with tapered insulation) was installed.

Approved Langley contractor Capital Roofing Co Ltd was awarded the contract and the superb quality of workmanship was rightly acknowledged at the 2008 MAC Awards where it won top prize.
