MEPK Architects specified a Langley built up system consisting of both sedum and plug planted green roofs over a total 3,500m² on this new old peoples care home built by contractor ISG Jackson.
The main block consists of a built up system with engineered substrate with a variety of plug plants, solar panels and wind turbines.
Adjacent lower level accommodation blocks were covered with Langley recycled vegetation mat and pre-cultivated sedum.
