The lead covering to this rotunda roof at Lindfield Primary School, West Sussex had been stolen, and approved contractor Breyer Group Plc turned to Langley for a new waterproofing system.

Rather than replace the lead, and given that the school is within a conservation area, it was agreed to re-cover the rotunda using a Langley Copper Veral membrane.

This makes an impressive change to the original roof and complements its design perfectly.

Although a small project in comparison to some, this installation shows that with the right products a statement can still be made on a small roof area.
