As the preferred material supplier Langley worked in partnership with LHC to deliver Phase I of the Decent Homes programme within London Borough of Hackney.

Under the LHC’s roofing arrangement both Apollo Property Services Plc and Breyer Group Plc were appointed to lay almost 100,000m² of Langley system throughout the Borough. The systems comprised of a mixture of both felt and Paraphalt works utilising flat and tapered insulation.

Apollo installed the Langley systems with tapered insulation on all the blocks making up St Mary’s Estate’s 6,000m².
