
The PB-10 protective coating system is part of the Langley Paracoat range of cold applied liquid systems. Parabase is an advanced two-part polyurethane, high performance, quick curing coating system with a skid-inhibiting surface for existing asphalt walkways and balcony areas. The system includes a two-part thixotropic coating for details and skirtings and carries a 10 year independently insured guarantee for both materials and workmanship.
This system is for refurbishment projects where existing asphalt walkway/balcony is to be overcoated.

Parabase and Parabase TX are both two-part polyurethane compounds. On-site mixing required (mechanical agitation). Two hour curing (chemically activated). Full range of supporting products. These include ‘Fast-Cure’ primer and biocidal wash.
