Berners Street

London Felt Roofing Ltd

14-15 Berners Street is a high-rise building in London, housing offices for a well-established music publishing company. Due to internal refurbishment of the top level of the building the client wanted to understand the condition of their flat roof. This was in case works were needed to efficiently reduce further disruption in the future.

London Felt Roofing selected Langley to carry out a comprehensive roof condition survey. The roof was found to had suffered sustained saturation and was deemed inefficient.

The survey findings contributed to a comprehensive roof specification, that advised a full roof strip up and incorporated Langley’s TA-20 Flat Roofing System with the associated design work and technical drawings. This was then submitted and passed through the chain of management to the client.
