Durdham Court

Langley was commissioned  to assist with the asset management programme on behalf of an estate management company. Langley undertook a full roof survey and produced a free comprehensive condition report detailing existing roof build up, thermal performance, roof defects and design considerations.

After testing that the existing roof was suitable for overlaying,  Langley recommended a TA-20 warm roof system with insulation to improve the thermal efficiency ensuring that the roof, including new rooflights, achieved Part L compliance. The condition survey was supported by a bespoke specification which included detailed designs and U-Value calculations.

Central Roofing and Building Services Ltd a Langley Approved Contractor, successfully completed the project to a high standard with minimum disruption to the estate’s residents. On completion, 3Sixty Real Estate, the block management company and Durdham Court residents have complete peace of mind their roof is covered by a Langley independent insurance backed guarantee for 20 years.
