Durdham Court

Langley was commissioned  to assist with the asset management programme on behalf of an estate management company. Langley undertook a full roof survey and produced a free comprehensive condition report detailing existing roof build up, thermal performance, roof defects and design considerations.

After testing that the existing roof was suitable for overlaying,  Langley recommended a TA-20 warm roof system with insulation to improve the thermal efficiency ensuring that the roof, including new rooflights, achieved Part L compliance. The condition survey was supported by a bespoke specification which included detailed designs and U-Value calculations.

Central Roofing and Building Services Ltd a Langley Approved Contractor, successfully completed the project to a high standard with minimum disruption to the estate’s residents.
