Refurbishing a school roof during term time is always a challenge and the roof works at Jack Hunt Secondary School provided just this challenge coupled with the removal and subsequent waterproofing of several large and redundant barrel rooflights all while students studied below.

Harmony Roofing Services Ltd picked up this challenge and carried out the works using Langley’s TA-20 warm roof system, replacing many rooflights using Paraglaze barrel rooflights while the client opted for Langley’s Red Brick coloured cap sheet which is in keeping with the schools' existing flat roofing.

The resulting 1400m² completed works is a testament to the quality detailing over the many levels and obstructions presented on this project.
