Whitehall Riverside Hotel (Premier Inn, Leeds)

Langley was selected to specify a roofing solution for this new inner city hotel and worked closely with the client’s architect when specifying, from inception through to completion.

Suitable roofing solutions were required across varying roof areas of the hotel, including provision for a living green roof and a solution that could withstand the additional weight and foot traffic from a PV system.

Three roofing systems were specified comprising Reinforced Bituminous Membrane Roofing, Hot-Melt Roofing and Green Roofing

Langley, drew on the expertise of its award winning strategic partner, Eco Green Roofs (EGR) for the specification of the living green element of this new build city roofscape.

Topek Limited, a Langley  Approved Contractor, successfully undertook the installation of the roof systems in sometimes challenging and extreme weather conditions to successfully complete this commercial new build project with a 25 year insurance backed guarantee.
