Grange Primary School

Essex County Council selected Langley to carry out a comprehensive condition survey of their school’s roofs as they had been suffering from severe leaks to classrooms and corridor areas. The survey revealed an area of wet and defective insulation on one of the three roofs and Langley proposed a localised strip of the wet and defective area only. St Angela's Ursuline School

The main hall roof of this Roman Catholic girls’ school needed urgent attention and Langley’s comprehensive roof condition survey revealed that water ingress was being caused by wind-driven rain, and also that the roof had minimal insulation. The roof and walkways of this residential building required urgent attention so the client turned to Langley for a reliable and thorough response within the tight timescale. Sporle Primary Academy

Langley was delighted to assist the Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust by resolving the longstanding issues causing leaks through the roof at Sporle Primary Academy. A comprehensive roof condition survey by Langley revealed that the weak chipboard deck had become warped over time, allowing standing water to accumulate which could potentially cause structural issues.
