Larkspur Close

CLIENT: Homes for Haringey CONTRACTOR: ENGIE Regeneration Ltd SIZE: 2,150m² Larkspur Close is a large single storey sheltered residence for the elderly, with six adjacent bungalows. The existing flat roofs across the estate had reached the end of their life and the building owners turned to Langley for a comprehensive roof condition survey. Amwell Court

Impact Roofing and Building Ltd in partnership with Wates Living Space, carried out refurbishment on four residential blocks in North London. A high standard of commitment and workmanship was carried out on Bransby, Chadworth, Lynton and Patten House. Christ's Hospital School

Christ’s Hospital is a unique independent boarding school which educates a large proportion of its students for free, having been founded as a charitable school in 1552. Girdlestone Estate

The success of the Girdlestone Estate refurbishment project was recognised at the 2018 Roofing Awards, when it won the Reinforced Bitumen Membranes category.
