Whitehouse Primary School

Collaborating with Wilmott Dixon’s design team, Langley assisted in specifying a robust long term waterproofing roof solution for this new educational building. A major consideration was to ensure that the school roof could adequately withstand additional weight and foot traffic as a result of a PV system. Durdham Court

Langley was commissioned  to assist with the asset management programme on behalf of an estate management company. Langley undertook a full roof survey and produced a free comprehensive condition report detailing existing roof build up, thermal performance, roof defects and design considerations. Whitehall Riverside Hotel (Premier Inn, Leeds)

Langley was selected to specify a roofing solution for this new inner city hotel and worked closely with the client’s architect when specifying, from inception through to completion. Suitable roofing solutions were required across varying roof areas of the hotel, including provision for a living green roof and a solution that could withstand the additional weight and foot traffic from a PV system. Kingsbury High School

When London’s largest high school approached specialist consultants Capita PCC to refurbish its facilities, Langley was called upon for the roof refurbishment element. Langley’s in-depth survey and report highlighted complications with the schools current drainage system and inefficient insulation.
