This week Dean Wincott, Managing Director of Langley Waterproofing Systems Limited presented the Langley Structures Roof Top Development (RTD) jointly with Mulalley alongside the Total Housing 2018 Conference in Brighton. Special thanks to Mulalley for hosting the day.
The presentation included information about the flagship Lytchet Way Estate including presentations by Mulalley and Langley and a drone tour of the new homes created within the Roof Top Developments.
Roof Top Developments enable the utilisation of the footprint of existing buildings avoiding the need to procure additional land or use vital green space creating new homes in the community for local people who are increasingly being forced out of the area where they were raised.
