We would like to congratulate our Approved Contractor, Ashe Roofing Ltd on their Contractor of the Month award win! This was presented to the contractors for their high standard of commitment, support and quality of workmanship, carried out at Elaine Primary School in line with Ingleton Wood.
Elaine Primary School had various roof areas that were in need of a roof refurbishment. The new roof areas installed by Ashe Roofing Ltd received thermal upgrades in line with current building regulations using the high-performance Langley TA-30 system to help provide a safe, warm, dry and weathertight learning environment for staff and pupils.
There were technical challenges throughout the project that the contractors had to overcome including multiple rooflight detailing and window replacements. All rooflights had to be removed and carefully programmed to keep the buildings watertight, all of which had to be sealed with Langley SA Safe2Torch membranes.
