Impact Roofing and Building Ltd have been awarded Langley Waterproofing Systems Limited Contractor of the Month for September 2018 in recognition of their technical excellence at Lynton House and Bransby House, two of four housing blocks at Amwell Court, London. The roof refurbishment was carried out with Wates Living Space.
The original roofs were in desperate need of attention, having an inverted roof system which had become choked up with debris and weeds. The contractor applied a methodical approach, removing all the paving slabs before commencing work and expertly installing a Langley Reinforced Bituminous Membrane system with bespoke details.
